After my father’s passing, I spent many years in mourning.
Meditation, along with the flow state reached through creating, became essential to my healing.
I’ve been practicing the art of silence for more than twenty years — and this image symbolizes an important milestone in that deepening journey.

Apám halála után hosszú éveket töltöttem gyászban. A gyógyulásom egyik elengedhetetlen része lett a meditáció, valamint az alkotás által elért flow-állapot. Több mint húsz éve gyakorlom a csend művészetét – ez a kép pedig ennek az elmélyülésnek egy fontos állomását szimbolizálja.
A csend benned is ott van.
