I can never say no to the urge to create illustrations that could find a home in children’s books or help carry meaningful messages.
Anyone browsing through my work will notice that many of my illustrations share the same purpose: to soften the spirit. They are gentle reminders of the colourfulness of life, inclusiveness, kindness, and the beauty of caring for one another.
This time, I wanted to highlight the power of small actions. Something as simple as leaving out fresh water for birds, bees, butterflies, dragonflies, ladybirds, and other tiny city creatures can make a real difference. Even on days when the temperature feels moderate, clean water can be surprisingly difficult for them to find.
Sometimes, a tiny gesture is all it takes to help another living being.
